Our Mission
NeighborScapes’ mission is to strengthen the physical and social fabric of neighborhoods, including through the provision and management of safe, decent and affordable housing for persons of low- and moderate-income making less than 80% of area median income; and to create a covenant of care, enrichment and development for young people through meaningful service, community development, and empowering opportunities.
